WHAT IS THE VILLAGES PITTSBURGH CLUB? It is a not-for-profit organization whose goal is to promote social interaction among Village residents who lived in or near Pittsburgh at one time.WHERE/WHEN ARE THE MEETINGS? The Villages Pittsburgh Club meets on the third Thursday of each month in the Americana Room of Mulberry Center from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. If a meeting is cancelled or an alternate date is required due to holiday conflicts, notification is given through the media and by electronic mail, if available. WHO MAY JOIN?New Members are accepted during
certain times of the year. Check the "Presidents
Notes" periodically for enrollment information. HOW MUCH ARE THE DUES? The initial membership fee covers the cost of the Club badge. As of September 2011 that cost is $10.00 per person. Membership renewal dues are set by the Executive Board each year. Regardless of the date of original membership, renewals run from April through the following March. WHAT OCCURS AT THE MEETINGS? There is a short business agenda each month followed by a social and in-club activities as planned by In-Club Activities Committee. |
